Access to the Growth OS is granted on a monthly membership basis at the level selected at checkout. Membership is personal to your organisation and may not be resold or shared outside your workspace.

02Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the scoring methodology, resell generated outputs as a competing service, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or infringing activity.
03AI-generated output
Copilot outputs are decision support, not professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, particularly where legal, financial, medical or regulatory claims are involved.
04No results guarantee
The platform provides structure, measurement and recommendations. It does not guarantee revenue, growth or any specific commercial outcome. Results depend on your market, offer and execution.
05Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. You may change level or cancel at any time from the Billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month unless otherwise required by law.
06Intellectual property
IN Partners Growth OS™, IN Partners Growth Intelligence™, Strategy Architect™, Growth Engineer™ and Performance Intelligence™ are trademarks of IN Partners. Content you enter, and outputs generated from it, belong to you.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the membership fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated in-app before taking effect.
