IN Partners Growth Intelligence™

A transparent framework that converts what you know about your business into a weighted score, an evidence trail and a ranked set of decisions. No black box, no invented data.

Principle

Score what is known. Flag what is not.

Every dimension carries a score from 0 to 100, a confidence level and the evidence used to produce it. Where an input is missing, confidence falls rather than the score being fabricated — an honest 'unknown' is more useful than a confident guess.

Deterministic

Scores come from published weighted formulas, not from a language model. The same inputs always produce the same score.

Evidence-bound

Each sub-factor names the input that produced it, so any score can be traced back to a decision you made.

Longitudinal

Every audit is stored as a snapshot, so movement — not just level — drives the recommendations.

Weight 10%

Prioritisation

How recommendations are ranked.

Each recommendation is scored on four axes and combined into a single priority value, so the list you see is ordered by consequence rather than by enthusiasm.

Impact
Expected effect on the Growth Score and on revenue, given your current constraint.
Confidence
How much evidence supports the diagnosis. Low-confidence items are marked, not hidden.
Effort
Realistic implementation cost in time and attention.
Urgency
Whether delay compounds the cost — for example spending into a broken conversion step.

Guardrails

Sequencing rules the system will not break.

  • Measurement before scale. If tracking is incomplete, the system refuses to recommend increasing spend.
  • Conversion before acquisition. If the funnel leaks, more traffic is treated as an expensive way to lose more people.
  • Positioning before content. Content recommendations are withheld until positioning clears its threshold.
  • One constraint at a time. Only the binding bottleneck is escalated; the rest are queued.
